These workshops are catered for students to learn beyond their textbooks. Most of our workshops are STEM-related programs and we have one-off workshop and regular workshops.

CARNIVAL SCIENCE

We are bringing back nostalgia through making carnival games while learning the science concepts behind it. This workshop is suitable for P3-P6 students (aged 9-12). This is an 8-session workshop.

WHEN I GROW UP

"What do you want to be when you grow up?" - through this workshop, students will be exposed to STEM-related occupations through hands-on activities. This workshop is suitable for P1 to P3 students (aged 7-9). This is an 8-session workshop.

FORENSIC SCIENCE

Carefully crafted "crime" to expose students the works of a forensic scientists. Students will solve a "crime" whilst going through a series of experiments to nab the culprit. We have 2 different crime cases catered for P1-P3 (7 - 9 years old) and P4-Sec 2 (10 - 14 years old) This is an 8-session workshop.

STEM UP!

Exploring various disciplinaries such as, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, through hands-on activities. The program is designed to suit students aged 5 & 6 (K1&2). Each disciplinary has 4 sessions doing different activities and each session will last 1 hour.

ART MEETS SCIENCE: LOLA SERIES

Art can be infused with science concepts to make the lesson more interesting, engaging and different. This workshop ensures that participants understand the reason behind each artwork made and how science is behind these amazing art pieces. This workshop is suitable for N2 - K2 (4-6 years old).

LASER CUT WORKSHOP

To give opportunity to students to learn the importance of pairing imagination with practical thinking. They will be learning how to use Inkscape to design their products and understanding how the
laser cutter works. A working laser cutter (Craft Laser) will be brought to the class for students to see the laser cutting process happening in real-time. This workshop is suitable for participants aged 9 and above.

WHEN ART MEETS SCIENCE

Participants will learn science concepts behind the products that they will be doing, flower pressed bookmark, slime making and shrink plastic keychain. This workshop is suitable for P1-P3 (7 - 9 years old).

SAVE MY WORLD

Students will learn about upcycling and will use water bottle to do a pencil holder and a terrarium. This workshop is suitable for P1-P4 students (aged 7-10)

SOLAR CAR

Ever wondered how a solar panel works? Or how a car can actually run on solar energy? In this workshop, you will learn energy conversion of a solar panel and also, design your very own, solar toy car! We are able to do this workshop in two different context, one is by using recyclable materials, another is to use laser cut chassis and recyclable materials as the body of the car. This workshop is suitable for P3 and above (9 years and above)

PARATROPPER ATTACK!

How can we explain energy conversion and forces? Well, through this workshop, you can! Using laser-cut catapult and DIY parachute, students will be able to understand the differences between a force and energy. This workshop is suitable for P3 - P6 (9 - 12 years old).

LIGHT-UP STORYBOOK

When Science meets English and Art, you will get a Light-Up Storybook! Squeeze your creative juice to create your very own storybook while learning on simple electrical circuit. This workshop is suitable for P1 - P4 (7 - 10 years old).

LIGHT-UP CARD

Participants will learn how to create an aesthetically-pleasing card for someone special, but also incorporate basic circuitry to make it light up. This workshop is suitable for N1 - P2 (3 - 8 years old).

SCRATCH PROGRAMMING: GAME DESIGN AND ANIMATION

Ever thought of how a game or animation works? In this workshop, you would be able to learn block-based programming by Scratch and create your own game or animation! This workshop is suitable for anyone who wants to learn basic programming.
